As part of Promoting Socio-economic Sustainable Development through Innovative Technological Actions for Mediterranean Tourism Heritage and Landscapes Protection Clusters (HELAND) project activities ARIJ is seeking a provision of technical service of specialized entity to develop landscapes model for Wadi Al Badan Village, Nablus, West Bank, Palestine, including the hiking route, main touristic places and the ancient watermills. The technical service provider enjoy expertize and capabilities to carry out the scope of work of this assignment. The technical service provider should have a proven record of experience in the following fields: Panoramic Photography; Route virtual tour (Similar to Street View); Webpage Developer; 3D modeling and video creation, and Computer Programming.

The service provider is expected to develop a hiking route virtual tour, and a map of the village historic and touristic sites with points of interest (Panoramic Images), and developing a 3D Model for one of the ancient watermills in the village, and finally to create a webpage to upload the final products, in addition to location map and photos. For this purpose, the technical provider should submit Technical and Financial Proposal for carrying out the scope of work of this technical service.
